The rooms are very dirty, with no towel or shower gel. The service isn't good, yet the tax is far too high. These rooms cost way too much for what you get. Please lower the rate. A very, very expensive hotel.

The room was unhygienic and the aircon never got cold. I was staying near the front desk, where the staff made so much noise that I couldn't sleep well. The worst hotel service I've ever experienced, a really bad stay for me.

I paid in advance to book a room, then got turned away at check-in because they said there were no rooms left. The front desk gave me a ridiculous answer. What happened to the room I'd already paid for? The worst ever. Bad place.

The whole experience left me speechless. The TV in the room didn't work, and the door lock didn't feel safe at all. Parking required TNG, and the lift going up was out of service. It looked like they weren't going to fix it either. A really poor stay.

This dirty hotel gave me nightmares. It doesn't even deserve one star.
