Luxury Apartment at Casa Tiara

My concern is specifically the tenancy management by Wan Man Daddy Company, not Casa Tiara. Casa Tiara itself is a great condominium. Security, management, service, maintenance, and location were all good, and I’d recommend it. I rented a master room through Wan Man Daddy Company at Block D-16-10 from July 2025 until 31 January 2026. There was serious overcrowding in the unit. A medium room meant for no more than two people, for example, had four or five staying in it. That made things uncomfortable for the other tenants, and the shared areas were constantly crowded with extra visitors. We couldn’t properly use common spaces like the hall. We complained repeatedly over about six months, but the problem wasn’t properly sorted out. The company may provide some of the services it promises, but its repeated tolerance of the overcrowding had a big effect on our living experience. I have supporting evidence and videos if required. I’m writing to ask for proper monitoring of Wan Man Daddy’s tenancy management practices because the current approach is affecting other tenants negatively. Again, Casa Tiara is a wonderful place, with excellent management and maintenance. My complaint is about how Wan Man Daddy Company handles tenancies.

The corridors are dark, dirty, and poorly maintained. Driving through the car park is worrying too, since people don’t stick to the designated route and I nearly hit oncoming cars a few times. My parked car was hit by another car, and I had to cover the costs myself. Honestly, this is one of the worst apartments I’ve stayed in.

The bodyguard is ridiculous, always picking on small things. I was even stopped from swimming because my trunks had pockets.

I was waiting in the lobby for a customer while it was raining, and there wasn’t another car around. I hadn’t even been there a minute when security told me to move to the side. Was my customer supposed to get soaked? If there’d been a long queue, I’d understand. Please train your security better.
