The counter staff were really friendly. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the price was reasonable.

Sorry for any inconvenience. I think my earlier rating was misunderstood: I meant to give the hotel 3 stars, while the service itself deserves 5.

For a budget hotel, the rest was fine. The door locks need fixing soon, though, and it would help to have a remote for the aircond. There were also water issues in the mornings.

The room was dirty, with lots of bed bugs, and the bathroom door had no lock. The TV was an old model with no channels, and the Wi-Fi was so slow it felt like 2G. Worst hotel I've visited. Please avoid it.

I picked this by accident since there aren't good hotels near batu caves. It was okay, but there were insects and a smell in the room. There's no lift, and the place needs improvement.
