This was my third stay, and each time the experience seems to get worse. The renovated room was still dusty and dirty, and the wardrobe was broken. I feel like I wasted both time and money here. I hope management improves the service and quality.

The receptionist was very polite at both check-in and check-out. In the room, though, the aircon smelled and there was a small cockroach. They need to make the rooms more comfortable.

There was no water from the night until morning, and I couldn’t use the toilet or shower until the afternoon. I reported it three times. They only came to check after my third complaint and found that several floors had no water.

I had a good stay. The staff were friendly, and there’s a supermarket, metro station and restaurants nearby. It’s a good place to stay. 👍
