Hotel Zamburger El Zahraa

I booked two nights, but it was a terrible stay and not worth it. The hotel looks good outside, while the room was badly maintained, smelly, dusty, and dirty. I even found cockroaches and a centipede. When I showed a staff member, she said she only worked there and couldn’t do anything. She offered another room on the third floor, warning that the water was slow and she couldn’t promise anything.

The cozy rooms, welcoming staff, calm atmosphere, and good customer service make el zahra hotel an easy recommendation. Big thumbs up!

The location is excellent, with a bank, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery shops, and malls nearby. There’s enough room to pray and keep your things, but I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly people because the stairs are quite steep and high. The sink water pressure also needs attention.

Please be careful with your deposit. I checked out at midnight, and the receptionist said it would be transferred in the morning. When I called the next day, they said 4pm, but it still wasn’t sent. I called again and found my number had been blocked. Then I reached reception, and the same woman said my room was dirty and my deposit was being held. What is going on? Don’t cheat people like this.
