M Season Boutique Hotel

I stayed here on 26th August 2023 and booked a twin King size room. The two King size beds and comfortable shower were acceptable, and the room was quite spacious, but there was peeling paint from serious water damage and a hole in the bathroom ceiling from a leak. The worst part came when the aircon suddenly stopped in the middle of the night. I went to the front desk, but she said there was nothing she could do because no maintenance guy was there. It felt like she just wanted me to go away so she could watch her phone. The room was hot and stuffy, so I checked out at 5am. There was no apology, room change, or compensation. The staff didn't greet me at all, and seemed surprised anyone still stayed here. Stay at your own risk. Management, please run the business properly and train your staff.

We loved the big, clean family room, with 2 king size beds, comfortable pillows, and even 2 bolster pillows, which is rare at this low price. The air conditioning worked well, and the hotel has its own free parking. If you park outside, remember to get a parking coupon from MPSP, as they actively issue parking summons. I mentioned the front door and toilet door problems to the front desk. Hope they fix them so we can come back.

We had a bad stay. There was no water heater, and from around 3/4am onward someone kept knocking on my door and making loud noise in the middle of the night. We stayed for 1 night. 😐

There are lots of amenities nearby, with easy access to a mosque and restaurants. The place is very clean and reasonably priced, and having an elevator was a big help for my elderly parents.
