The bathroom floor was slippery, and I couldn't get rid of it just by rinsing with water. It needed a proper scrub. I also liked the smoking room best. It was dark and a bit creepy, but the midnight view of the traffic light intersection, streetlights and nearby buildings felt really peaceful. The hotel is affordable and conveniently placed for the Sungai Petani area. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, plenty of places to eat, and the train station is right across the street. My room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and there were glasses and a water jug you could refill as often as you wanted. The TV only had local channels, with no YouTube or similar options. The receptionist was friendly and informative.

The receptionist was awful. We tried to explain an issue at the hotel, but he acted like we were at fault and kept correcting us. Worst reception. Please don’t stay here.

I got more out of my money than expected at this comfortable budget hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and there was an elevator. The staff were lovely and the location was good. I ended up extending my stay.

This hotel wasn't good. The price was wrong: I stayed for one day, but they charged me for two. Don't go here.

AGODA showed a rate of RM 53 per night, but when we arrived the hotel wouldn't check us in or give a refund. They said it was between us and Agoda, then asked for another RM85 per night and told us to get our refund from AGODA ourselves. We felt cheated by this dishonest way of doing business. If this is how the hotel operates, it should be removed from online booking sites.
