Getting to and from the suite was awful. It was barely possible to drive up or down, and walking out didn’t feel safe. The terms and conditions weren’t available when we booked. They were only sent through WhatsApp and posted on a wall in the room a few days after booking. The rules say we could be fined for not keeping the rooms clean and tidy, and also that Kate check outs would delay the cleaning service. That doesn’t make sense to me if guests are expected to clean up themselves. There’s also a MR100 fine for utensils that aren’t cleaned, which is ridiculous. In one bathroom, the shower is much too close to the toilet, making it really uncomfortable to shower.

We made a same-day booking and check-in went smoothly. There was some confusion over getting the room key, but the host replied promptly to our messages and sorted it out. The facility is good and conveniently close to the central mall. We accidentally booked twice, and Airbnb’s policy doesn’t allow same-day refunds. We only noticed the charge a few weeks later, but when we contacted the host, they kindly helped us get a refund.

The location is handy, near services, but there are better places to stay around here. This is a very noisy complex, not a hotel. The furniture looks nothing like the pictures and is badly worn, and the iron is broken and rusty. There are buckets in the bathrooms instead of bidets. I really wouldn't recommend it.

We were just six people, but the place had five queen beds across three rooms, which worked out great. Every room had its own bathroom, and all the equipment provided worked properly. Honestly, we were really satisfied.
