It was quiet and not very busy. The condominium is a little dated and the layout isn’t the newest, though it was generally clean. Some parts of the building look old and less well maintained.

Traffic makes the apartment a bit noisy, and soundproofing would really improve it. Otherwise, it’s convenient for shopping at Tesco and Taiping Central Mall, with local Chinese food stalls to choose from.

The apartment was somewhat clean and decent, but the noise was awful. It’s on the 10th floor beside a highway and train track, and vehicles, including trucks, buses, and motorcycles, could be heard clearly because the rooms aren’t soundproofed. On Friday night, motorcycles seemed to be racing illegally, and I couldn’t sleep all night. Trains were noisy too. If you book, bring earplugs from the nearby Lotus’s. The swimming pool and kids playground were run down and poorly maintained. Booking sites are ripping people off.

Good atmosphere, with tight security and easy parking. It’s a nice place for home living, right across from TESCO and TAIPING SENTRAL.

Quiet, clean, and doesn’t look old.
