We had a great 3 days and 2 nights with the whole family, including both my parents. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well maintained, and the balcony was big enough for both my kids to enjoy. The guard at the entrance, receptionist, and housekeeping all gave great hospitality. The room was clean and nicely prepared. Breakfast was a scrumptious buffet with plenty of choices. One small improvement: please put handwash by the kitchen sink too.

The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and we had a very pleasant 3D 2N stay. The place was cozy and convenient, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I went with my mom and little sis. On the second night, we had an emergency and needed to go to the clinic. We rushed out without our key card, and got back after 1am. Security heard what happened, kindly asked if we were okay, and helped us open the door. That small gesture really warmed our hearts. Very recommended.

I was very disappointed with the stay and don’t think I’ll return. Before checking out, I told the shift manager, Mr Umar, about the problems, but he didn’t make any effort to help or even offer a one-time free breakfast to make things a little better. Thanks to Asyikeen, though, for her service. I stayed one night on Jan 02, 2026, and booked two King size rooms. Asyikeen at check-in was courteous and helpful. The bath towels were old and badly used, but she replaced them when I asked. Then I noticed there were no face or wash towels in either room. One bathroom sink drained very slowly, and the other bathroom had an empty body wash bottle. IMHO, Mr Umar could do better.

The lift is a bit small and the parking lot could use improvement. Apart from those minor drawbacks, everything was spotless, the staff were truly A+, and the breakfast was delicious and worth it. Absolutely satisfied, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

We lost 4k or 5k, which is disappointing but won’t break the bank. Still, my family and I will never book this hotel or any hotel within the group again. I’d booked two 2 bedroom suites with breakfast. About a week before the trip, one person in our group was admitted to hospital and placed on the “dangerously ill list.” I informed the hotel and asked for a refund or credit for a later date, and offered proof if needed. They refused both a refund and any changes. By comparison, the transport company and the hotel we booked in KL as a transit stop on the way from Singapore agreed and wished the person a speedy recovery.
