I stayed in room 113 from 8 Nov 2025 to 10 Nov 2025, and I won't return or recommend the place. The staff were unfriendly and often missing from reception, even at 10:00 AM. It took more than 10 calls to get an answer at the provided number, and my concerns still weren't dealt with. I had booked a city view, but the window faced a corridor. The room felt stuffy and humid, with poor ventilation, and the exhaust fan didn't work. The toilet door was broken, the wall had mould, and there were holes in the toilet ceiling. The drain had no cover, the area under the sink was rusty, and after showering, water condensed on the floor and made it so slippery that I nearly fell a few times. There was only one towel. The drawer still had the previous guest's trash, the sheet was stained, and the TV didn't work and had no remote.

In the middle of the night, something disturbed my sleep. It felt paranormal, and I was so frightened that I ended up sleeping in my car. 😓😓😓 The place was terrible and nowhere near worth the price. They had no hygiene essentials, and although they said there was a hairdryer, none was available when I asked. I wouldn't stay there even if it were free.

Just barely above average, since the facilities were incomplete or broken.

The location was okay, close to restaurants and coffee shops. But the room was smelly and dirty, with stains on the sheets and pillowcase, and the toilet smelled like a public restroom. Worst hotel room I've booked, and RM79 on agoda didn't feel worth it. If you're only staying one night and arriving late, though, it's sort of okay.

The little village is cute, with hiking and tea plantations nearby. The beds, unfortunately, are rock hard, and the pillows feel more like wooden planks than clouds.
