The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked, but the bathrooms weren't clean and had flies buzzing around. Nobody cleaned during our stay. The place itself was okay apart from that, though the cleanliness and the feeling of being scammed really bothered me. We booked through Agoda and didn't realize the Malaysian Tourism Tax was already included in the online payment. We were charged the tax twice at check-in. If you paid online, check the booking receipt Agoda emails, as it includes the tax statement.

The shared bathrooms were very dirty and nobody cleaned them during our two-night, three-day stay. We asked to have our room cleaned, but they only took out the trash. They didn't make the bed or clean the room. Extra blankets cost 5RM, and the staff didn't seem professional. I wouldn't recommend it, stay somewhere else.

The room smelled really bad, and what we got didn't match the description at all: no window, bathroom, or AC. They wouldn't take responsibility for the mismatch. The shared bathrooms weren't clean either, and the so-called kitchen had no sink or cutlery. They also charged extra taxes that were supposedly included.

Good.

The bed was comfortable, there was a personal bedside lamp, and the bathroom and toilet were clean. Everything else was good too, except that getting in after 10 pm was difficult because the access card had problems.
