The boss even offered to show us the room before we went ahead and booked it, and the service was tip top. After three nights at hotels with very unclean washrooms, my selective pooing problem meant I couldn't go during my five-day Cameron trip. I was super relieved to finally answer nature's call on the fourth night. The room and washroom were so clean, and beautiful too. My heart was full staying there, and I ended up sitting on the floor to think instead of on the bed. I'll definitely return to this hotel on my next Cameron visit. I really hope they maintain this level of cleanliness.

We stayed last night in the king deluxe room. The surroundings are beautiful, the bed is comfortable, and both the hotel and room are clean. The female receptionist was very kind and polite, and the staff provided excellent service.

This was our second stay, and we booked a spacious family room. I loved the walk-in wardrobe and dressing table, and after three hours in the car, my toddlers went wild running around. The beds were clean and bouncy, lol. Our shower worked fine, though it leaked a little. There's no fan in the room, but you can rent one for MYR50 a night. The hotel has a lift, so it could suit people with lots of luggage or special needs. It's right by the main road, though, and buses, trucks, and a bunch of imbecile drivers make quite a bit of noise. The location is in the heart of town, with food, restaurants, and banks within walking distance. Parking is free, but a pain to find, especially in peak season.

The receptionist, fika, was very friendly and helpful, and I had a pleasant three-day stay. My room and the toilet were spacious and clean. Restaurants are all around, and there's an ATM next door. Finding parking was quite hard, and I had to leave my car quite far away, so I think the hotel should have its own spaces for customers. Apart from that, it's a nice place to stay.

I really didn't like this hotel. The RM180 room price felt too expensive for the facilities. The water heater couldn't be adjusted and was far too hot. Astro wouldn't play because the broadcast kept getting interrupted. It felt like the RM180 was only paying for hot water and room tidying. Really bad.
