The bed was awful, with springs poking through, no mattress or pillow covers, and stained sheets. The walls were moldy and badly painted, and there was no fan or A/C, so I had to sleep with the window open. Towels were thin and dingy. This place should close for refurbishment. There is no reason to stay here when much better options offer better value. Awful.

The room was a decent size, and the hotel is handy for restaurants, an ATM, Malay food stalls for dinner, parking, souvenir shops and a RM2 shop. It's also near Animal Feeding Rainbow Park, where hotel guests get RM1 off the RM5 entrance fee. But the basics were very basic. There was no fan or air conditioning, so we had to keep the window open even at night for fresh air. No slippers or bathrobe either, just two small bars of soap in the bathroom, and no refrigerator. There isn't a lift to the upper floors, so getting up to the third floor with a toddler was tiring.

Room was clean and spacious, and worth the price. For motorbikers like me, though, there isn't a proper parking spot nearby.

Lovely place, nearly new and very clean, with good service and a nice bathroom. The curtains were great too, they made the room really dark in the morning. Not expensive.

We were basically a meal for the local mosquitoes, and there was no air con in the room. Street noise was heavy too, with locals driving and racing their cars.
