I liked the calm atmosphere and hill views at Hilltop Hotel. It’s in a peaceful area, so it’s a good place to unwind. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with a cosy bed and facilities that suited a short stay. Staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the dining area was clean. Parking was easy and convenient. I’d recommend it to families, couples, or solo travellers looking for a quiet stay and good service.

The other facilities were good, but the stay was too pricey for the experience. Ants were everywhere, getting into our things and disturbing us while we slept. The restroom also had a very strong, unpleasant smell before we’d even used it, possibly because of poor floor cleaning or ventilation.

Everything was very bad, and I wouldn’t give it even one star. My stay was disappointing: the rooms were overpriced, the property was in poor condition, and the overall environment was uncomfortable. There were also hidden costs that were too expensive. Look elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. I booked through Booking com and paid in full on 7 Sept 2025, then got an email about a booking disruption on 15 Sept 2025. Why was the notice so late? I couldn’t get a room or a refund, and I can’t reach customer service. The owner’s contact number hasn’t been updated. Please give me a way to contact your customer service.

Everything was very bad, and I wouldn’t give it even one star. The rooms were overpriced, the property was below expectations, and the whole environment felt uncomfortable. The owner was incredibly rude and dismissive when we raised the problems, and made no effort to resolve them or show basic courtesy. I had a very disappointing stay and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Look elsewhere.
