My parking spot is right in front of the apartment, so there’s no need to haul shopping and other things up in an elevator. I can get my daily exercise by walking around the hill each morning, too. It’s a peaceful place with lovely views over the valley and the sea. A unique spot in Penang, and much better than the high-rises I’ve stayed in.
There’s fresh air and lovely scenery here. The available units are for long-term rental only, with 3 rooms and 2 baths.
