The food was delicious and satisfying, though a few more menu choices would make it better. Staff were excellent, friendly, attentive, and helpful with parking and the check-in and check-out process. The location near Lotus is convenient, with plenty of shops around and an enjoyable surrounding area. Some room details need attention: a few curtains are torn and worn, housekeeping and tidiness could be better, the carpet was uneven, and the picture frames weren't aligned properly. I'd give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

If you prefer somewhere quiet and not crowded, this hotel is a nice fit. The pool looks good, while the gym is small, with one treadmill, a few machines, and a dumbbell area. The location is handy too: Lotus and a few restaurants are a short walk away, and there's a laundry shop just steps from the hotel. The cafe was disappointing because quite a few menu items weren't available when we tried to order. Breakfast has little variety and the taste is only okay, so honestly it's better to go out for breakfast. For the price and location, though, I'd still recommend the hotel and come back 👍

It was my first stay here, and I was disappointed as soon as we entered the room. It was dusty and dirty, as if no one had stayed there for a long time. We told reception, who said they'd send housekeeping, but after waiting quite a while nobody came. When we called again, the housekeeper asked what was wrong. I showed him the dirt on the table and asked for the bedsheets to be changed. He said little, only that he'd come back around 5:30 pm after his break. We went back to reception, where they offered us another room. When we returned, I was surprised to see the housekeeper had only arranged our shoes. The table was still dusty and no cleaning had been done. This is seriously unacceptable. Please address the hygiene and housekeeping team. They aren't doing their job and seem to brush off customer feedback. Terrible service.

This was our first stay at the hotel. I came with three friends to celebrate two friends' birthdays, and we booked two rooms from 6/5-8/5. My friends' room, 1205, was fine, but ours, 1204, was so dusty it looked like nobody had used it for a long time. I have a skin allergy, so I reported it to reception. The door latch and safe also didn't work. We were offered room 1812 instead. After moving late at night, the hygiene seemed better, but then we found the air conditioning, fridge, and safe weren't working there either. We tried to contact the front desk, but it was past midnight and my partner wasn't feeling well. Please retrain housekeeping and improve room hygiene and cleanliness. The whole stay left me upset and disappointed.
