The quiet setting away from the busy city still gives easy access to convenience stores. The homestay felt clean, calm, cozy and welcoming, like home, and the security made me feel safe. I really liked the garden and kitchen. The contractor and renovation team furnished it beautifully, with attention to detail. The owner must have a refined sense of style and taste. I admire the homestay service.

The host was friendly, quick to respond, and helpful throughout. For the price, the quality was impressive, and the place is conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed, working air-conditioning, and the basic amenities provided. Great value for money. I’d definitely return and recommend it for a comfortable, affordable, hassle-free stay.

I liked the comfortable shared area for relaxing, and there’s also a rooftop common space. The room was clean too. The homestay has a peaceful, Zen feel and is well maintained.

No matter how clean the property is, a good night’s sleep matters most. I was in a room beside the entrance and kept waking whenever people came in or went out. It was ridiculous, and I couldn’t sleep properly. Light sleepers should avoid it.

The rooms aren’t soundproof enough, so you can hear noise out in the living room. Still, the 10mbps internet isn’t bad for a 24/7 gamer like me. It’s a good option if you’re going to the hospital next door for radiotherapy, just a 2-3 minute walk.
