For what I paid, the room condition was unacceptable, and I was disappointed after looking forward to the stay. Housekeeping had done a very poor job: there was rubbish in the drawer, stains on the floor and blanket, and heavy hard-water buildup on the shower door. The curtains and blanket had holes, and there were no tissues except toilet paper. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they improve their cleaning standards.

The bed and pillows were comfortable enough that I slept well through the night, which earns this place a star. Another star for the toilet and shower, which worked fine, and the toilet was clean and unstained. But the room itself was disgusting. There were all kinds of stains on the carpet, even blood, so I had to wear slippers inside. Other features were aged but functional, including worn and ripped bedsheets. The corridor to the room looked like something from The Shining, though the lobby and lift seemed decent. My first impression was quite bad, and I'll censor it here. If you have no other choice and just need somewhere to sleep for one night, it qualifies.

This was the most disgusting hotel we've ever stayed in. Four stars? I'd give it one. For more than 40€ a night, we got a dirty toilet, a leaking shower, and filthy floors, walls, and bed linen. Everything was revolting. Never come here.
