I’ve never had a worse massage. The masseuse kept staring at her phone, chewing gum loudly, and even burped without embarrassment. She barely worked on anything except my arms so she could sit and keep using her phone. Definitely avoid this place!

It’s an older hotel, but it was clean, including the white bed and sheets. The location is good, about a 10-minute walk from the UTC market, and they let me leave my luggage. Towels were provided, but there was no hair dryer in the room. Reception said all of them had already been lent out.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here alone. People knock on the door in the middle of the night and pretend they have the wrong room, targeting rooms where a woman is alone, apparently. There’s no intercom to report the late-night knocking, and I didn’t feel the safety was good.

The online listing gave a very different impression. There was no internet at all, and although I came from KL expecting airport taxi service, there wasn’t any. The service and staff attitude were baaad. After this worst experience ever, I won’t stay here on my next visit. For this standard, the hotel should cost RM40 a night. How come the reality is so different from the site? 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Everything was okay, but the toilet is made of glass and you can kind of see through it. I wouldn’t feel comfortable sharing the room with a friend.
