The staff are nice, which is about the only thing this hotel has going for it. Our room was filthy: stained sheets, a mouldy shower curtain and a rusty shower head. The old furniture and stained walls made it feel neglected, and there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom for washing our hands. Breakfast from the buffet was cold, and we were told there was no way to heat it up. This place needs serious updating before it can call itself a 3 star hotel.

The location is great, with restaurants, 7-Eleven 24/7, banks and other places nearby. Cleanliness could be better: there was a lot of hair on the floor and table, and the basin was clogged, so water drained slowly. Wi-Fi was just so-so on my phone and wouldn’t work on my laptop.

We stayed here for two nights, from the 30th to the 31st and then the 31st to the 1st. We chose this hotel only because we had specifically checked that parking was available. It turned out there were just two spaces, always occupied, and the staff couldn’t help us find another option. We came as tourists, and our country’s bank cards don’t work here, so we couldn’t pay for parking by card. One staff member I spoke to had very poor English, and the staff seemed not to care about our problems. They also gave us just one key card for two people, so whenever I came back to the room, I had to knock for my wife to let me in. The Wi-Fi on the 5th floor wouldn’t even connect. Downstairs, staff said it “does not work.”

I’m here for work for the second time, but the room design is really poor. The toilet has no door, and the glass sink isn’t practical. There was a makeup stain on the pillow, and the bed had bedbugs. I’m not staying here again. Please deep clean every room.
