The ceiling leaked, small reptiles were falling down, and there were lots of cockroaches and what I called cockroach balls. The place was so dirty it felt like they didn't want guests staying there. I asked for a refund, but the manager said the hotel was full and I would have to wait for the boss. When he arrived, he acted as if nothing had happened and said he didn't understand Mandarin, only Hokkien. I spoke to him in Hokkien, and he offered to move us. I saw just three rooms for my friends and me, while the other rooms were empty, and the boss said the same problem affected those rooms too. I asked again for my money back, but he made excuses and refused. It really seemed like they didn't want us there.

They charge RM10 for every hour if you check out even one minute late. That's a lot when the room itself costs only RM10-20 for an hour.

The room was okay, but the customer service from the staff was very poor. I hope management takes the issue with the ladies on the midnight shift on 10 July 2022 seriously.
