The room was clean, and the reception staff gave good service. Thanks for the kind service.

The receptionist was very rude and irresponsible. No proper introduction, no shower gel or toiletries, and zero cleanliness. At check-in they said a late charge was RM10, then at checkout they suddenly charged RM20 in late fees. Worst hotel ever.

We arrived late, around 11:30pm, and were given a used, dirty room. There was lots of hair on the bed and the water provided had already been opened, so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. When we asked reception for another room, he wanted to charge extra. We refused, and he eventually moved us without a charge, as he should have. At checkout, a different receptionist refused to return our deposit, claiming we hadn't paid one and that no deposit was written on the receipt. We couldn't believe they'd let us check in without a deposit. He wouldn't check the CCTV or call the person who checked us in, and kept giving nonsense reasons. We decided not to check out yet and asked for our room keys and control back, saying we'd make a police report. He finally returned the deposit, but unwillingly. This hotel isn't honest and seems to be trying to con guests. Never choose it unless you want a bad day.

On 15/4/2023, I booked through Agoda and paid using Atome. My husband drove from Malacca and arrived at 2am for a late check-in, with a meeting the next day. The hotel staff member, an Indian guy, refused to let him in, kept saying no, and claimed the hotel was fully booked, even though my husband showed the booking number. We reported it to Agoda, but they said the hotel told them my husband had already checked in. How could he have checked in when Agoda and the hotel can't prove my husband's photocopy IC? It's nonsense. We have to pay Atome monthly even though this wasn't our fault. It's unfair. I'll raise this with KPDNKK. Just wait and see!
