I was extremely happy with my two weeks at the Pura Vida Cabana. It’s right on the beach, with a nice reef just in front for snorkeling, and town is a short walk away along the beach or the track through the palm trees. Other resorts and restaurants offering things like yoga are close by too. Mel was an amazing host, easy to reach whenever I needed anything and always helpful. The accommodation was clean and absolutely stunning. I’ll definitely stay there again next time I’m back!

We spent two weeks at Pura Vida Cabana and loved how peaceful it was, even though the centre of Tofo is only a few minutes away on foot. It’s beautifully designed with so much attention to detail, just right for a tropical holiday. And it’s right on the beach. Thanks for having us, Melanie!

Dave, the homeowner, is warm and gave us good advice on places to go in and around Tofo. We spent a week at Pura Vida Beach House and it felt like home. The house is comfortable, with a beautiful beach and sea view that made it easy to relax. It’s close to downtown Tofo while still being quiet. We’d definitely recommend staying here in Tofo.

Dave was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with during our stay at Pura Vida. The space has a lovely mix of modern minimalist design and tropical nature, especially the gorgeous outdoor bathrooms. My boyfriend and I loved the views from both the living room and bedroom, and being right on the beach. It’s easy to get into town but far enough away to feel peaceful and private. We’d absolutely come back.
