I was assured this was a non-smoking hotel, but that was nonsense. My room smelled terrible. I stayed three nights and was busy during the day, so thankfully I didn’t have to spend much time in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, but even basics like water, coffee, and milk seemed to be on a serious budget. I’m not sure I’d stay again.

Business travelers will find the downtown location extremely convenient, and the rooms are great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. The breakfast buffet was fine, but the other food wasn’t very good overall. There were very few halal-friendly choices, and some dishes were poor. I’d especially avoid the wraps.

The hotel feels new and fresh, and the location is perfect. Front desk staff were very helpful, housekeeping was at a high standard, and the wellness center and sky bar are a big plus. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s okay. It could have been an easy top score, except for the restaurant staff’s nonchalant attitude. With few guests at breakfast, a simple omelet still took 20-30 minutes. For several days in a row, they asked for my room number three or four times while I was eating, despite my seven-night stay. I’ve never had that happen before, and I’m a Hilton Diamond member visiting more than 10 hotels each year. Twice I asked for a cappuccino and was ignored. A very strange experience.

A convenient stop for a business trip. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the shower is nice. There’s a buffet for both dinner and breakfast.
