I enjoyed the hotel and the service was very good. I’ll be back more often.

I booked through whatsapp and they confirmed the reservation was all set. But when I got to the hostel, they said there was no room for me. They didn’t help me find another place, just stood there looking at me. I run a hotel too, and I’d never treat customers that way. Mistakes happen, but they could at least offer other options or help someone who isn’t from Maputo. A very bad experience.

The room was left exactly as we’d left it after our first day out. The bins hadn’t been emptied, there were no fresh towels, and the beds weren’t made. Check-in had gone perfectly, so this was really disappointing.

I waited 40 minutes for my room because it wasn’t ready and they had to clean it first. When I asked staff what was going on, they were rude and gave me attitude each time. It was the worst service I’ve ever had.

Breakfast was lovely 👌👌👌 and they even let us check in early, thank you for that 💜. Definitely coming back, it was the best.
