What stood out most was how safe I felt. The parking was organized and secure, and the whole property gave me peace of mind, especially with a vehicle. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, with housekeeping paying close attention to detail. The food was amazing throughout the stay. Meals were flavorful, well prepared, and beautifully presented, and the kitchen clearly takes pride in its work. Staff made a big difference too: they were professional, attentive, and well trained. They handled requests promptly and with care, and dealt with situations efficiently and politely, which made me feel valued. The hotel delivered comfort, service, and quality. I’d happily return and highly recommend it.

I was there for a workshop, and the facilities were good. The coffee breaks and lunch were good too. But the projector used VGA and the image quality was very poor for an audience of 50. Nobody could make out the figures on the graphs. The equipment needs an upgrade.

The villa itself was tidy, spacious and felt very safe, and the housekeeping team were quick, friendly and helpful. They kept the towels and sheets fresh and topped up the soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Laundry was reliable and fast. We stayed a month with our four kids in a three-bedroom villa, and the pool was a hit with them, though it took a long walk to get there. Getting in and out was awkward too, with the rough path and the distance from the villa to the gate, especially while hauling luggage. We tried room service twice and weren't impressed.

There’s plenty of parking, and the restaurant staff were friendly and ready to handle requests. The hotel has conference rooms as well as a good restaurant, so it works well for parties or events. Superb place, would recommend.
