The restaurant served very tasty food from a decent menu, and the building itself is modern, clean, and pleasant. My first visit went well, but my second wasn’t as good. Parking didn’t feel secure, especially with the hotel sitting between the city center and the outskirts. Check-in was another problem, as the reception staff showed no flexibility. It used to be an excellent hotel.

The building looks nice, but both breakfast and room service were awful. The buffet had very few choices, and we had to use side dishes as plates. When the juice ran out, nobody refilled it. We left after breakfast and returned at 17h00 to find the room still uncleaned. The manager on duty was defensive and rude when we reported it. This hotel needs a manager who understands customer service. The current one doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing.

At 1:08, I was still sitting at reception waiting for someone to clean my room. I checked in at 21:00 and showed the staff photos of the dirty room, including a sticky table, dirty linen and floor, and a broken shower. Nothing had been sorted out by then. I paid for a full night’s rest, and this place doesn’t deserve its 3 star rating. I’d seriously avoid it.

The hotel was decent, but I could smell cigarette smoke all night from the guests in the room next door. There was a connecting door between our rooms, and by the next day my clothes smelled of cigarettes, too.
