The rooms are bright, clean and airy, and the dinner menu is excellent. Cinco Portas has the best atmosphere on Ibo island, with friendly staff and a bar that draws visitors from other hotels.

Chris, the manager, is attentive to whatever you need, and his food is delicious. The place is quiet, neat and pleasant to stay in. Prices feel a bit high, but I still think it's worth a visit.

The restaurant dishes are all worth trying, and the value for money is excellent. The beds could be better and the pool wasn't very clean, but I still highly recommend the experience.

Time seems to stand still here. The welcome is warm, and Chef Chris makes incredible food, he really knows his stuff. I'd recommend it for families with kids of any age, couples, or solo travellers. What a paradise!

Right in the middle of the island's cement town, this is a high-class lodge. The sea view from the pool is lovely, the food is good, and the welcome is warm.
