It’s in a great location, and the staff are generally helpful. But the breakfast was awful, the bed was really uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out.

The staff are all friendly, and the cleaning is done very well. Breakfast is lacking, though. I think they should improve it and offer customers more choices.

I arrived at 11 pm after a long flight, with an early flight the next day, so I stayed because I had nowhere else to go and needed to rest. The service was very upsetting. I was told that while I was waiting, the porter had opened the wrong room for male guests and walked in on a naked woman who was asleep. They had only one key card, which is unacceptable. For 5000mt, if you leave your room you have to ask someone to open the door, and if another guest is being helped first, you have to wait. The porter also forgot my room number as we went upstairs, and we almost had to go back to reception. The service was very bad.

The facility was very clean, the waiters were always on hand, and security was very alert. I have some concerns about the cuisine, but they can provide top service.

The staff were very friendly and informative, and housekeeping was up to a satisfactory standard. It’s close to the beach and feels safe.
