We paid R27 300 MZN 102521,45 for 16 nights, but work issues meant we only stayed for 8. Mr Pimento, the owner, hadn't assigned us a tent number, and nobody knew about our booking when we arrived. He put us in the worst tent, basically a shack. We had no hot water or electricity for two days, the cleaning ladies arrived late, and one of them stole my dishcloth while doing the dishes. The tents aren't maintained or cleaned properly, and we had bed bugs. They gave us a tent with two 3/4 beds. They did change the linen once, but we had to ask for fresh towels. The owner also refuses to return our deposit. Be careful about staying here. They're money sharks and very rude. Book somewhere else, Ponta Mamoli is beautiful!
