We were warmly welcomed on Quilalea, a small private island, and the staff were kind and helpful. You can pick a beach and settle in, or join a scuba or fishing tour. It’s wonderfully secluded, and a generous tip is recommended.

The food was amazing, and everyone on staff was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and accommodating. By day two, the place already felt idyllic, peaceful, quiet, and magical. Heaven on Earth really does fit.

The managers, Leon, Claudia and Nathan, are among the best in hospitality. Azura Quilalea feels untouched and undiscovered, and the experience left me with an unforgettable memory. Nothing on earth compares to Azura; it’s the closest glimpse of heaven I can imagine.

The island is beautiful and the service is awesome. It’s perfect for a quiet, isolated holiday away from the “maddening crowds.” Not ideal for teenagers!!
