The rooms are super clean and sanitized, and the bed, pillows, and covers are so comfy. It’s easy to get around from this central spot, and the friendly staff make you feel special. I loved relaxing by the pool, and the food was wow. I ordered the tandoori shrimps, which they call TANDOORI PRAWNS here, and I’ve never had better in my life. They’ve got one of the best chefs in the country. Everything was wow, with reasonable prices and excellent service and quality. If you want comfort and quality for a reasonable price, seasons is the place to go.

The outdoor pool and terrace are beautiful and large, and the hotel was a pleasant surprise in Nampula. It’s bright and modern, with spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served some of the most delicious meals I’ve had. Unfortunately, they do not serve any.

The price is what you’d expect from a nice hotel with helpful staff and clean rooms, but that wasn’t our experience. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, with hair everywhere, and the towels weren’t very clean either. There were lots of damp marks in the bedroom and no coat hangers in the closet. The spa doesn’t exist, and the pool was “under maintenance,” probably for a long time. Reception couldn’t speak or understand English, and couldn’t even help us find a taxi. Maybe the hotel used to be nice, but maintenance has clearly been neglected for a long time. Worst place we stayed in all of Moçambique, even after three weeks of travel.

I loved the food here. There’s a variety of dishes, and I enjoyed everything. For Mozambique standards, it’s not bad at all. I’m giving five stars for the food they serve.
