The small pool was lovely for cooling off on a hot day, and I liked the calm, quiet atmosphere. Dinner always had nice vegetables, and we enjoyed the pizza. I'd suggest asking for a room right by the garden, like 5 or 6. If you're using this as a base for Etosha national park, be aware that it's about an hour's drive each way. That was too long for us.

A useful, well-located stop in Outjo for anyone heading toward Etosha or passing through. The rooms are roomy, comfortable, and well kept. I was impressed by the variety at the dinner buffet, and breakfast was just as satisfying. I was too tired to try the bar, but the lodge offers good value overall. I'd recommend a night here and rate it 4 out of 5.

The service was fantastic, and both meals were delicious. I especially liked the pizzas at the dinner buffet, and breakfast was just as good. There are different room options, including ones with TVs. In ours, the toilet kept refilling through the night.

The owners' dogs barked all night. They were left outside roaming around, and nobody seemed to keep them quiet or locked up. If you want to get any sleep, stay somewhere else.
