The game drive they arranged especially for my two nephews was such a lovely touch. They’re only 2, and had the best time. We were already impressed by the kind, helpful staff, who went out of their way whenever we asked, and the lodge was well kept with excellent food. A real highlight of our two-week trip. I wish we’d stayed longer. Go experience that Namibian hospitality for yourself.

They were so kind with our toddlers and took great care of my mom and her needs. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and the food was amazing too. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The staff really made our stay memorable. They were warm, kind, and always ready to help, especially with our little one. Our group used three rooms, though, and the standards weren’t consistent. One had lots of hangers, another only one, and some rooms were missing basic toiletries like hand and body wash. Finding towels laid out on the beds instead of towel rails was odd and inconvenient. We also could have used clearer information about snacks on the game drives. We didn’t know they were provided until our four-year-old was already upset with hunger. Breakfast was generally good, but the rest of the food felt short on variety and flavor. There was only one choice each day for mains and sides. Even the European guests didn’t seem impressed, so it didn’t feel like just a difference in food preferences. More seasoning, variety, and creativity would help. For what we paid, there’s room to improve. Still, the people are the lodge’s strength, and more consistent rooms and better food could make the place truly outstanding.

We saw more animals here than at Etosha Park, honestly. The lodge is out in a remote spot with its own 'park', and animals come to the waterhole, so it’s easy to enjoy being close to nature. The rooms could use a little improvement, but it didn’t bother me. Dear Team, thank you for making our stay so amazing 🙏 I absolutely loved this place.

The pool was clean and nice, the food was really good, and the location is stunning. The staff are truly amazing too. What a wonderful place to stay, definitely worth it.
