We needed somewhere at the last minute on our way to Cape Town after the N7 closure forced us onto a long detour. Sunset Chalets had everything we needed, and they helped us work out the best route for the next day. All the roads were good. Highly recommend!

The sunsets from these chalets are amazing since they all face west. The Le Roux couple also gave us first-class service. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended!

We arrived late with no reservation, and they were already welcoming us like old friends before we could even stop. They helped us find food, too. After Kleinbegin, it was such a good experience that we stopped there again on our way back.

Just a quick stop in the middle of nowhere. The lady let us park there, and we used our own facilities. It's not really a campsite, with no electricity or showers.
