The Zambezi river view is great, but the place is too pricey and not worth it. Service was poor: the self-catering setup had no pots or pans, and breakfast was terrible.

We liked how quiet it was, though there wasn’t a great view. The reception was friendly, and the food was outstanding. Albertinia helped us with everything and is a real asset to the lodge 🙏

The location on the Zambezi river, with Zambia on the other side, was what I especially enjoyed. It was easy to find thanks to the road signs, the staff were friendly, and the food was on point. Great value for money, and I’ll come back.

A welcoming surprise and a great experience. We had a well prepared breakfast before leaving for Zambië. The rooms sit next to the river with a lovely view along the river bed, and this would be my first choice if I’m in the region again.

A peaceful spot for getting away from city life, just outside the main town and beside the mighty Zambezi River. It has all the luxuries in a serene setting, with friendly, responsive service. Be sure to visit the kitchen before you leave!
