The night safari showed us a whole different world after dark, a refreshing way to experience the parks. This is another original, immersive gem where nature meets comfort for someone who isn't especially adventurous. The staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful, always welcoming us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Some light infrastructure updates and a few thoughtful touches would lift the experience from good to truly exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting Etosha. The grounds are amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment they welcomed us in the parking lot with towels to wipe off the day's dust.

The staff were fantastic and very accommodating, and we enjoyed our two nights here. Activities were available, but the prices felt high for a middle class South African pocket: $N2400 for a drive to Etosha was very expensive. You can't self drive for game viewing, and animals seemed scarce. The $N900 game drive also felt expensive for a non big 5 reserve. The rooms are fantastic, special, neat, and clean. Having a tub on the deck under the big sky and full moon was a wow moment. The lodge was clean and in an excellent location, though I was disappointed with the food overall.

We were lucky to be the only guests at the hotel for our two nights, and the service was unlike anything I'd experienced before. The staff were great, and I'll definitely come back. They also offer lots of activities, including safaris in their own reserve and trips to Etosha national Park. Simply one of the best hotel experiences I've had.
