The rooms are roomy, modern, and well equipped, but the place doesn't really deliver on the bed-and-breakfast promise. They gave us the Wi-Fi password, though I couldn't get connected.

My stay at Jessma was awful. Customer service was poor, and I found bedbugs in my bed. They got into my hair and left my scalp irritated.

The location is peaceful and not crowded, a few kilometres from town, and the apartment felt secure for the price. The room was tidy and clean. A taxi can be hard to find from there, so it helps to have a driver's number. I also struggled to charge my phone because the plug points didn't fit my charger, and I had to unplug the TV. More toiletries would be helpful, and they could leave a couple of water bottles in the room, either complimentary or for sale.

We had a poor experience, mostly because of the service and the charges. They asked for 50 dollars to use the kitchen and 80 dollars for breakfast, which hardly seems in keeping with a B&B. After we cooked there, they even had the cheek to ask for some of the food. Avoid. I expected a smaller, owner-run place to offer the more personal stay associated with a bed and breakfast, but that wasn't what we got.

After I booked, I was told they couldn't hold the room for Saturday because someone booking from Friday, especially at month end, wanted it for the whole weekend. They advised me to cancel rather than keep it for one night. I think guests should be told about this on the website, so they don't waste their time and resources.
