The hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. My issue was the very small TVs. They need to get bigger ones.

The staff were unpleasant, and the atmosphere felt unfriendly.

I attended a training session held at Ngandu at sea, so I haven't seen the rooms. The food was amazing, and the manager on duty that day made everyone who came in feel at home. The staff had a great attitude toward us. I'd recommend Ngandu as a conference centre. Well done to everyone.
