My son and I had such a lovely stay and felt really special. We slept like babies. The lady at the front desk was sweet and helpful, and she showed us to our room. The other lady helped make breakfast, which was so delicious. Best service we've had. Christelle

Although it's newly built, the place was dirty and unfriendly, and many things were out of order. The area didn't feel safe.

Johann, the owner, took us on a dune tour that went beyond what we expected. He really knows the dunes, and the experience felt personal, with great conversation along the way. We had an amazing stay at Bella Luna and would recommend both the place and the tour to our friends. We hope to return someday. The room was huge and had everything we needed, including a massive bathroom with a double shower and a bath. After nights in a tent, it smelled like paradise. The place was comfortable and well located, and the staff were so lovely and did everything they could to make us feel at ease.

The neighbourhood was quiet and clean, and I appreciated the secure garage parking. Booking and check-in were straightforward, and Ms Steyn made sure our questions were answered. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were usually smiling and enthusiastic when helping us. Breakfast had a fair variety, and the premises were clean. I recommend this place.
