We slept very comfortably, and breakfast and the room cleaning were excellent. The workers were pleasant too. Some rooms do get a bit hot, so hopefully air conditioning gets added in future. The two things behind my three stars were the WiFi and our arrival. The connection dropped every half hour or so for everyone, and I’m not sure why. They may need a proper mesh network and to separate the rooms, since TVs in every room can be controlled remotely. After a long drive, check-in was frustrating. First I was told I couldn’t reverse my bakkie in, then a little later I was sent to another garage. The workers didn’t understand English very well, so getting a clear explanation was difficult. I messaged the owner. When she arrived, I explained we had two separately booked rooms and I was only transporting the other two people, so I thought I was entitled to my own garage. She rolled her eyes, which made for a bad first impression. She did explain that some guests have roof racks and said we could keep things as they were since we didn’t have one. It was a blanket rule they tell the staff to mention. Aside from those two issues, the stay was extremely comfortable.
