I was made to feel unwelcome by the reception staff, who weren’t very friendly. When I checked out, one of them reminded me that checkout was at 10:00 AM, even though I had already reported to the desk exactly at checkout time. Then another staff member sarcastically asked, “did you understand what she was saying?” about her colleague. Guests aren’t given keys with remote gate access, and staff blame guests for taking them away. This kind of attitude drives customers away.

The rooms could use better lighting because they’re quite dark, and breakfast and the gate could be improved. Each guest should be able to come and go freely without waiting outside. Apart from that, they’re awesome.

The place is very clean and nice, but I’m not keen on the hotel setup. There’s no private porch where you can sit and unwind after the day. There’s just one door leading outside for sitting, smoking, or swimming.

Everything was amazing until breakfast. You pay so much, and the food is terrible!

The rooms are cozy and have a relaxing feel, and the reception was very welcoming. Everything was so clean that I felt comfortable staying right away. We had breakfast, and it was fresh and delicious. A little feminine touch could take the place to the next level.
