Hartmann Suites Serviced Apartments

The owners were friendly and quick to respond. My room had lots of space, with a large bedroom, toilet, kitchen and a cozy den. They even gave me an indoor garage space for my car.

A clean, spacious room with a kitchen and cooking utensils, secure free parking, and helpful, friendly owner, all at an affordable rate. The spot is convenient too, in a quiet, safe neighbourhood near the city centre. There's no reception desk, so check-in needs to be arranged with the owner by phone or email beforehand. I arrived after a long flight without phone service or data roaming in Namibia, and hadn't seen the owner's email, so I was stuck outside. I drove to a nearby hotel and borrowed a phone to call. The owner lives elsewhere but came over and let me in within 10-15 minutes. Next time, I'll contact them a day before arriving, confirm my arrival time, and get the check-in instructions in time.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartment was, especially at that price. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and safety is important here. After booking, I got the accommodation information by email and SMS, including contact and check-in details. Maerua Mall 5 is less than 5 minutes away. Staff were friendly and competent, and WiFi was good, 27Mbit DL and 22Mbit UL.

We stayed at Hartmann Suites for both the first and last night of our Namibia trip. The two-room suite was roomy and sparkling clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette. There's a secure yard for parking, and a large mall with supermarkets and restaurants is under 5 minutes away by car, or 10 minutes on foot. Communication with the owner and staff was easy from the start. I'd definitely recommend it! ✨✨✨
