The rooms are okay, but the reception staff are really rude 😒. They act like they're doing you a favor even though you're paying. Please change the attitude, it's irritating 🙄. We customers bring you business, so don't treat us like we're begging for a room.

It's in a good spot, close to the services you might need. The furniture is old, though, and the cleaning standard is low.

Location was the one good thing about this guest house. The room had a strong drain smell, with a piece of plastic bag stuffed into the overflow hole to try to cover it up. It was grimy inside and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. When the owner heard we were leaving after one night, they became hostile and aggressive. I've stayed in more than 16 guest houses during my time in Namibia, and this was by far the worst. Definitely not worth the money.

What a beautiful place, with wonderful rooms. Some minor renovations are needed, and the cleaning team could perhaps do their work more honestly. I'd definitely go back, and I'd recommend the double rooms, 24B or 16, to friends.

Don't go there!!! The place was filthy, smelly, dusty, and unhygienic. There were condom wrappers and hair all over the floor, and the bathroom was very dirty. Shower water came up into the room. The bedding was dirty, and a previous guest had peed on the bed, but the sheets hadn't been changed. I bet they don't wash them at all, since there were little bugs in there. My kids got sick. The staff were unfriendly too. It was terrible!
