The calm, beautiful setting made the weekend feel really restful. My room was roomy and comfortable, and the service was top notch. Maria Namupala was especially helpful and made me feel at home. I’d recommend this welcoming guesthouse if you’re after somewhere quiet to stay.

We stayed here for the final night of our Namibia holiday and had a wonderful time. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the staff gave us a hand when our return flight plans ran into trouble. They kindly let us keep the room for a few extra hours, which gave us enough time to sort things out. The house was clean and quiet, with tasteful decor and a delightful ambiance. We also enjoyed dinner there. It was a great place to unwind after a long trip, and I highly recommend it.

We’d been ordering from this place since it first opened, though the quality had slipped over time, as happens in Namibia. The last two orders ended it for us. First, a large platter came with raw pork bao buns. They apologized, so we tried again, but the dong Bei pork was undercooked too. I won’t order again. Don’t risk your health, go somewhere else.
