The food was amazing, and the staff were so pleasant. They made it a great experience, and I had the best time. I’d definitely come again.

I only visited, so I can't really review a stay. It was neat and very glamorous, just not my kind of place.

The breakfast menu had very little variety, and the internet was practically nonexistent. There was no hot water either. I asked for an iron and ironing board, but although they brought an iron, they said they didn't have a board. The staff need hospitality training; most were unfriendly, though the gentleman at reception was helpful and smiled. It was a terrible experience of Namibia, and I can't wait to get home.

The room looked lovely, but the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. I really like the place, which made feeling unwelcome all the more upsetting. We felt judged and undermined because of our age and skin colour. TANGENI was the only person who gave us proper customer service. Emily and Amy weren't friendly, while the breakfast team were really nice.
