The owners are lovely, and I first came here on a recommendation because of the helpful family who run this guesthouse in Windhoek West. My experience was a bit mixed, though. The rooms are a good size, and the bathroom and linen were clean, but some walls have holes. Breakfast was okay. Housekeeping sometimes happened late, the conference room wasn't cleaned regularly, and reception could be empty when walk-in visitors wanted help.

The people here are so caring. Service and food were both good, and having Netflix on the TV was a nice extra. One of the best guesthouses I've stayed in.

Breakfast is cooked fresh each morning, and you can have eggs the way you like them. The staff are really friendly, and the guesthouse feels cosy. My room was spacious and spotless, with a fridge, AC, TV with Netflix, and a coffee corner.

The breakfast was generous, and the cook was very professional. My room was modern, very clean, and everything in it was well kept. The owner and staff were really nice and friendly. I'd stay here again on my next trips to Windhoek. Thanks for the hospitality.

It felt like a home away from home. The owners were warm and welcoming, and the room was tidy and comfortable. They also have an adorable dog, Nacho. I'd highly recommend visiting them if you're planning a trip to Namibia.
