The receptionist and porter were great 👍, but the room was tiny, there was no air conditioning, and the fan was terrible. I even saw a rat in my room 😭. It really wasn’t a funny experience.

It’s a huge hotel, but management is letting the place down. Room service was poor, and the female receptionist was rude and arrogant.

The food was good, and the hotel was nice and clean. I just wish they’d improve the road.

The receptionist was saucy, the AC wasn’t working, and there was no hot water or cold drinks.

Room 124 had water overflowing, though it’s still a cool, quiet place. The staff were good too.
