The management staff were very courteous, and the hotel has a wonderful ambiance. But the mid staff and front desk were especially rude, with no courtesy and very unruly behavior. The service was -0. It wasn’t a pleasant stay at all.

The receptionists were VERY RUDE, and I’d never recommend this place again. The morning light went out in just my room, and nobody could fix it. The AC still wouldn’t cool even after they dismantled it, took it away, and brought it back. I booked a Diplomatic room but was first given one that was already occupied. After a long wait, they put me in half of their Presidential suite. I ordered food with fish and got meat I couldn’t even identify. They had to go back and forth before getting the order right. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

Good gym house, fresh pool, and a great lounge. The ambience is cool and the service is quality.

The service was great, but the waitresses were adding extra to the drink prices.

I liked the place, and the front desk staff are amazing.
